All payments made on Channel-U TV and it's platform are processed through third-party payment providers, and as such, refund requests must be directed to the original payment method used. Users seeking a refund should contact their payment provider or issuer directly—whether that be Stripe, PayPal, their bank, or card issuer—using the appropriate channels available to them. Channel-U TV does not process refunds internally and advises users to review the terms and conditions of their chosen payment provider for further guidance on eligibility and procedures.
